We would like to inform you hereby of a very important development of our company: 100% of Goodwill Research Ltd. Was acquired by Pierrel S.p.A on 20th September 2007.
Pierrel S.p.A. is a Milan-based Italian public company, listed on the Expandi market. The traditional profile of Pierrel S.p.A., recently celebrating its 50 years anniversary is Contract Drug Manufacturing. During the last few years this profile was augmented by the quickly growing Contract Clinical Research profile.
With the acquisition of Goodwill Research Ltd. Pierrel's CRO activities now expanded to continental scale, offering clinical trial coverage throughout Europe to its clients.
While maintaining its original service portfolio, the management of Goodwill Research will from now on also be actively involved in the unfolding European operations of Pierrel Clinical Research, which will be built around 3 major operational centers: Zürich, Essen and Budapest.
